Seminyak is known for being one of the more classy areas to enjoy a Bali vacation. With its ritzy shops and world-class hotels, it’s easy to lose track of how much you’re spending and completely spend your budget.

When you rent a villa, you can divide the cost of the rent between each member of the group. If there are enough of you in the group, it could cost you less to stay in a villa compared to paying for each visitor on a per-head basis at any of Seminyak’s expensive hotels.
Of course, staying at a villa has other perks, as well. For starters, since you have the whole villa to yourself and your party, what you can and cannot do are generally less limited. Many villas also have a private pool, as well as other amenities you’d only really expect to find at high class hotels. These may include fast Wi-Fi internet access, flat screen TVs in every room, iPod docks that hook up to a surround sound system, and more.
Be careful, however, when choosing villas. Some less expensive Seminyak villas may be falsely advertised as private and self-contained. The best way to ensure that you don’t get duped is to check out the owner’s website for pictures and other details of the property.
